Has good amenities . Good restaurants around the area.
The damage deposit was on top of the payment which needed to be sent via a bank . Not friendly for guests without a local bank account . Asking for a lot of person information via WhatsApp. Cannot determine how secure the information was . Just not a very friendly checking process at all .

The apartment was spacious, old buidling has bigger room back when condos starts being built in PJ
The place is a bit dated. Cleanliness is NOT satisfactory. There's MOLD in the common bathroom so everyone avoided it and all used the masterbed room's bathroom. The place need a new uplift on the inside, especially the bathroom and kitchen.

"Toilet for me is an important factor to stay in any home and this one wasn't well taken care of."

The area of stay is good. There's restaurants and coffeeshops available and lots of options as well. It is also a nice quiet area without being too scary. The area is nice to live in actually. The living room space is huge and good for many people. I just wish they could have partition part of the living room to make into another room which is bigger and more comfortable. I like the security too. Gives you that extra safety feeling which is nice.
I didn't like the toilet facilities in the apartment. It feels unclean. The toilet sink clogs. Master bedroom sink is detached from the wall that I fear if you put too much pressure on it, it can break or come off. The bidet pipe leaks. The toilet floor feels sticky and looks dirty. Toilet door looks roughen up as well. Overall toilet is not good at all. Saw on the booking that I was suppose to have an extra bed/room but there wasn't. The bunk bed room was very small and quite claustrophobic. Living room was suppose to have a sofa bed but it wasn't a sofa bed. Main bedroom with toilet had a desk but its unusable because it's almost deteriorating condition. It's just not safe to work on. Looks like it can just break anytime if you put any extra weight on it. Kitchen condition also needs a lot of work. The kitchen has a pungent smell.
