Just the location good
We booked a deluxe apartment and it was nothing like what we saw on the website. Living room was different and some sockets were broken. Kitchen was dirty and one bedroom didn’t even have a bed but just a mattress on the floor. The toilets were also so dirty. They showed no interest when we complained and refused to answer our further calls. Also before they let us access the key they made us pay an extra 200 Malaysian dollars which they assured Would be payed back to us when we checked out. We are still waiting for it to be repaid. Would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. We will certainly not be staying there ever again.
