The location and good parking. Walking distance and easy to access for food.

Cleanliness, room condition and electrical appliances/apparatus are below expectations. 1) The toilet bowl in the master bathroom is not properly cleaned. There are brown stains around the toilet bowl rim and can be seen clearly when you squat down beside the bowl. The wash basin is without cover and rusty. If anything drops into the basin hole, you cannot retrieve it. The big mirror in the toilet is cracked and a tape is used to cover the crack. Water volume is very low at the tap in the second bathroom. 2) The air pot is faulty. When you try to boil the water, it's not working and the water cannot be dispensed, so no hot water to use to make your beverage. No electric kettle is available. We encountered water disruption on one of the days during our stay. The porcelain pot for keeping cold water is not properly maintained. We only used the water that was saved in the pot for washing but not drinking because the tap that is connected in the pot was rusty, hence the water is not safe for drinking even though we keep filtered water inside. 3) The wall paper is dull and some of the parts are peeling off. The hall and the dining area are not well lit because 2 bulbs are blown.

The property after collects the money and doesn't respond, picks up the phone once and doesn't answer the next.

The property owner has a bad attitude. He's not answering the right questions, he's taking the money, and then he's just ignoring it.
