"The location was fine. Plenty of space for all of us to stay together."

Location was on the outskirts of town but not unreasonable. Nice walk along the river to the centre of town.

The apartment was very dated, needed a lick of paint. Not as expected, but clean. Beds on the small side. No hot water after the first shower so 6 of the guests had cold showers. On arrival, a rat ran across the back yard. Noisy/unusable fan on the bedroom sounded like it was going to take off. Sofa bed, very old. The toilet has a leak and looks like its affecting the kitching celling. Property could do with an additional bathroom.

The location was great, the house was clean and tidy. Communication with the hosts was excellent.
