The apartment smelt damp on arrival, there were marks on the carpet assuming from iron or heat appliances for your hair, the fridge pulled out when you opened it, the kitchen cupboard doors were hanging off & i was also charged an extra £100 2 days later & i have no idea why!

Clean, ideal location for the city centre, shop just 2 minutes down the road.

Nothing.

Perfect location to visit the city.

Shabby, awful bathroom, dirty shower curtain, very noisy bedroom fan

Place is nothing like the pictures and is in a state of disrepair. Sofa all ripped and main bedroom has been kicked in and has nails sticking out from it which are a danger to our dog. Place clearly had not been cleaned properly and the support number offer no assistance other than to tell me to book somewhere else if i wasnt happy which I did. There is no parking anywhere near either. It is a contractors lodging nothing more. Most importantly it is in an unsafe condition. Disgusting!

i was dissapointed with the sitting room it was not clean it smealt of damp.

Location was on the outskirts of town but not unreasonable. Nice walk along the river to the centre of town.

The apartment was very dated, needed a lick of paint. Not as expected, but clean. Beds on the small side. No hot water after the first shower so 6 of the guests had cold showers. On arrival, a rat ran across the back yard. Noisy/unusable fan on the bedroom sounded like it was going to take off. Sofa bed, very old. The toilet has a leak and looks like its affecting the kitching celling. Property could do with an additional bathroom.
