We are a group of middle aged and elderly ladies , there were very low bunkbeds in the property which were unusable for us so half of us had to leave. The second half left the next as there was no comfortable seating you could feel the wood under the sofa when you sat down, also no table and a very tiny kitchen, certainly not suitable for 10 people and the advertising is deceitful

Location for where we needed to be was good, close to shops and really nice Cafes.

Directions could have been better and clearer, as in two doors down from The Ship Pub, on the busy ring road. I had to ring the contact, too find out exactly where the property was, she didn't explain properly nor did she give me clear instructions on how to open the door, as her small child was crying in the background,making it difficult to hear her.

Location, nice and warm, well equipped

Bit worn/tired in places.
