The hosts were very helpful and communicative, access was simple and easy, there was plenty of space, and the location was absolutely perfect.

I couldn't fault the property, to be honest.

Good for a larger group who wanted a base to explore York. The support staff were good and ensured you were ok. Clean and tidy - tea and coffee provided

The property was basic and would have benefited from another bathroom. However it wasn’t expensive so I’d say it was fine considering the price.

Location is great, apartment was lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.

Bed linen and towels were clean. Location excellent. Security lock easy to use.

The whole accommodation is in need of total renovation. Paint work, walls etc are covered in holes, marks, etc. Sofa is peeling! It's all very tired. Strange musty smell. Very very basic

Amazing location exact what we needed for our trip with plenty of space

The loo was leaking but we made the hosts aware and they did offer to come out to fix it but we said it will be fine for the few days we where there

It was generally comfortable and had heaps of room.

The double bed was two singles joined together and the mattresses were hard and had a hard ridge between them.

The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough
