You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Poor management"

Nothing

I came to a dirty apartment, not cleaned after previous guest left and it took 5 hours for the management company to arrange cleaners so practically of the weekend get away, Friday was ruined and also had to cancel my dinner plans due to this situation.

"Good"

Lovely apartment, everything you could want. excellent views on seafront. Enjoyed our stay after initial problem, which was sorted quickly. would stay here again.

On arrival apartment hadn't been cleaned and beds not made, . dirty towels in bathroom. Bins not emptied. Contacted number i had and it was resolved quickly, cleaners were round and everything left immaculate.

"Very handy, comfy stay on the seafront to spend time with family"

Very convenient location and lovely to be able to watch the sea and sunsets. Clean and tidy

We know the salty sea air makes keeping the windows clean but they were rather dirty. The front door downstairs never seemed to be locked.

"It was fine lovely apartment."

The front of the property had rubbish everywhere. I went out and cleaned the carpark when the bin men had been as it made the property look awful and I was looking at the rubbish out of my window.

"Lovely spacious apartment in great location with top amenities"

Great location , really spacious apartment with all mod cons and well decorated . Free Wi-Fi and onsite parking a massive plus . Easy collection of keys .

My only criticism is it could be slightly cleaner , deep clean needed under settee,beds , under cushions etc . Also more outside bins needed .

"Dreadful"

Dreadful!

Awful check-in system. Had children waiting I it in cold whilst we had to deal with someone clearly in the USA trying to resolve a check-in to get our pin. Room was small and not as as described. Didn’t get deposit back for almost a month after and we had to chase for that because they “forgot” to send it back - only £250. Unbelievable!

"Very comfortable, good location and perfect for a short stay."

Very spacious, clean and in a great location. I loved the fact that we could come and go as we pleased, the keys were easily accessible to the apartment and the shower was amazing.

There was a ladder propped against one of the fire exits upstairs and the electronic front door lock was a little fiddly as the batteries were running out.

"Overpriced for what it is."

Clean and furnished to a good spec

Check out 10am, bed tiny and charged us £50 for our dog and tried to charge us another £20 to check in before 3pm. Also slow to return the £250 cash deposit which is mandatory when booking this apartment.
