Spacious 4 bed home in a quiet cul-de-sac

Beautiful house in a nice quiet location. Spacious inside. Handy off road parking for the car.

Being on a new estate we definitely needed to use sat nav to find it the first time. (But once we found it we had no problems!)

Location was good, on the edge of a new estate with countryside to the side. Easy parking for three cars. Three good double bedrooms with comfortable beds. Downstairs toilet, family bathroom and one en-suite meant plenty of facilities for everyone.

Small table in kitchen with only four chairs and very few utensils for cooking. Just enough comfortable seating for four people in the living room. Only shower is in the en-suite.

Modern property in quiet location, plenty of parking, garden and walking distance into the town. Equipped with crisp clean bedding, towels and everything you need. Very friendly host and quick responses to communications.

Not enough comfy chairs for everyone.

Very spacious house. Nice garden. Good layout. Good parking. Quiet area. Great location for the places we wanted to visit.

-Lack of kitchen utensils (frying pan with no handles, one saucepan, not enough cutlery, no foil) - kitchen dirty, from the oven trays to the drawers and appliances. - The only shower in the house is in the master bedroom en-suite. No good when travelling with friends. - main bathroom sink hot tap broken.

Lovely location, very quiet, nice walk just outside the house. Plenty of room for parking two vehicles. Easy to find, good instructions provided by host.

There were a couple of minor issues but they didn't really impact our stay. It was a shame there was only one shower within an ensuite bathroom as there were five of us, but we managed OK. Could have done with more seating in the lounge.
