Good location. Close to where we wanted to be. Comfortable beds. Good size TV. Parking was easy. Enough room for 4. Clean and tidy. Easy to gain entry with key box.

They are apparently new to this so this will come with time but there could have been more furniture, (bedside tables, sideboard containing games, a bookshelf with books for example) Plus more kitchen utensils would be good! How about some help with the hot water as well. We worked it out (switch on immersion heater in airing cupboard) but only after a cold shower!

Kitchen was disgusting when we arrived (crumbs everywhere and old dried on food stains on surface) It also smelt, the sealant around sink was coming away and moulding which was giving a weird smell The rest of the house: Taps that don’t worry properly Back gate looks like it’s been kicked in and doors didn’t have the best locks so felt insecure Front room cold and draughty One bed smelt, one bed (single) was unbelievably uncomfortable with springs digging in Shower mouldy One bed had rubbish underneath One bedroom was downstairs (converted dining room) so the person in that one had no rest due to being on the other Side of the wall of the kitchen Dishwasher didn’t work House very creaky The garage light kept coming on at different times and it appeared someone may be living in there which was creepy

This was exactly what I wanted a loverly location close to all the locations and places I love to visit.Excellent for dog walks and perfect for a quiet relaxing time to unwind and chill.The property was clean the beds were comfortable what more can you ask for.

only shower was in the en-suite. place struggled to warm up . got there late to find house had not been cleaned from the last guests . dirty sheets and kitchen

"A nice pleasant stay."

A clean house in a quiet cul de sac. An easy walk into centre of Bishop Auckland, and nicely located for access to A1 and Durham.

A few more essential items needed in the kitchen. Sharp knife, baking trays, additional chopping board. Also only 4 seats in kitchen and living room, and needed use of garden chair and foot stool for the 5th person in our group. Problems were quickly fixed when owner notified.
