Great waterside location, easy to access with lift and parking.

Squeaky laminate floors and the ensuite shower was a little small and water leaked from tray.

Flat was in a great location to access tourist spots and the city centre

We were accused of chatting and singing later on the first evening. The host claimed he had been contacted by a neighbour. However, we discovered he had a Minut Noise Monitor installed in the living room. This was not disclosed on the information for the flat. The TV was not on loud but was a very big TV for the size of the room. We earlier had closed the patio door in the living room due to a smell of weed coming from a flat below. We are 4 50+ ladies and were definitely not chanting and singing. This put a dampener on our weekend... the flat itself was suitable for our needs. If it hadn't been for the issues on the first night we would definitely have used this accommodation again and recommended to others.

"Pleasant enough stay for visiting family and suited our purpose however probably not stay again as had to be quiet after"

The best part was the view , beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped

Shower looked like it needed grouting and cleaned in between some of tiles .
