The living area, balcony and bathroom were all lovely sizes which was great! However I was only told that the fold out mattress in the living room was broken by the tenant the previous night and sorry about that. It’s not off the listing but appreciated we’ve booked it as such. We didn’t get any offer or refund for the broken bed and my partner and I booked this as a 6 sleep and it was now a 4 bed. Can we look into this?

Booked a 6 bed, found on check in day one bed was broken and there therefore we had 4 bed booking. We tried on the brink en bed but it was impossible to sleep on an hurt our knees while unfixed
