Wonderful river view.

The view from the flat balcony was amazing, straight down the river Tay. Great location, walked to the V&A and had a wonderful afternoon. Excellent comms from Andrew, clear concise and easy to follow.

The area outside is a little rundown. However, the flat was lovely.. The seagulls are a little noisy late evening and early morning, but watching them swooping down to the water made up for the noise.

Mattresses on the beds were very poor, very soft and not good for your back.. Cheap and did not get a good night's sleep. Couldn't open the cupboards in the kitchen as there was some sort of resin around the handles trying to keep the cupboards together. There are no tea towels for drying dishes. Dirty trays in the oven from previous tenants. Shower was dirty, tiles, and black mould from not deep cleaning. Apartment is tired and needs a lick of paint. Basic housekeeping checks and a proper clean would make all the difference. Stains on the sofa and rug.

A well located apartment by the river and the docks with good views. It was really clean and the furnishings were simple and quite new. it had a cute little balcony - although when we were there the weather was poor...great to have a parking slot too.

There was nothing I didn't like, but the kitchen could have been better stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery and pans - it was a bit frugal for four of us and would not have worked for six. otherwise all was well.
