Host & Stay - Rose Cottage, Pickering

Good location within Pickering and useful to have a parking space.

There was a problem with the drains overflowing outside, which wasn't great. I think it should have been made clearer that the property would charge a non-refundable deposit just before arrival.

The location is great for the town centre, the cottage is really sweet

It was a little chilly when we stayed - granted it was June and you would not expect to need any heating - but it’s an old cottage - also the bin in the main bedroom was full on arrival - I’m sure an oversight from the cleaning turnaround

Great location, off street parking next to two great eateries.

The front door handle was a tad sticky and an issue for some in family to use.

The booking company took the cost for stay upon booking which wasn't clear from the T&C's. The cottage has everything you need but needs a little tlc.
