Alameda 16-3 Apartment Beach-Old Town

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the old town and just a few minutes walk to the new. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean had everything we needed. It was spacious with a great view onto the bustling street below.

Not ideal having to collect and return the keys to the booking.com office, about a 10-15 minute walk from the actual apartment, however we were given clear instructions on where to collect the keys without any issues. Maybe having a returns box outside of the apartment would make it less inconvenient for guests.

Un lugar muy bien situado, cercano a la playa y en pleno centro, todo muy nuevo, acogedor y con muchos utensilios, horno, lavadora, lavavajillas, tostadora,microondas, hervidor, etc.. Camas y almohadas muy confortables. Baño con ducha amplia. Las personas encargadas de la entrega de llaves muy amables, nos atendió un chico en la inmobiliaria. Tienes que dejar un depósito de fianza de 200€.

La única pega que podría poner es que estuvimos en unos días de ola de calor y el aparato de aire acondicionado sólo está en la cocina por lo que no termina de ser suficiente para enfriar todo el apartamento y los niños que dormían en el sofá cama del salón pasaron calor ya que el salón queda más alejado y además expuesto a cristaleras donde pega más el sol. Estuvimos alojamos en la tercera planta, también destacar que no tiene ascensor. Para nosotros no fue problema aunque es de tener en cuenta para personas con problemas de movilidad. La zona para aparcar, es súper complicada.

The property was very light and airy and very clean , its in a great location, it provided everything you needed, a minute walk to the beach. Great bars as tapas, friendly locals. The beds are very comfortable. Great sofa bed too 👌👌

Location was superb. Apartment was modern and very clean.

Picking up and dropping off the keys at the other side of town was a real hassle. There could be more towels for a short stay. No one wants to be doing laundry on their holidays.

Apartment was very cental to all my needs. Very clean.

I did not like the information about key collection, very confusing and had to pay taxi extra to take me to correct key collection point. No information on where to deposit key if you are leaving before office opens ,so I put them in a post box at office, I don't know if this was correct and don't know if I will receive damage deposit back due to this.
