Alameda 16-3 Apartment Beach-Old Town

The apartment was very light and airy and very clean

Very clean great location we really enjoyed staying there

Great location. Clean. Generally well equipped. Spacious and relatively quiet considering where it was located. The TV was good and wifi was usable.

No soap or toiletries of any kind. Some small extras like oil, salt, pepper would have saved us the trouble of buying them. There were no hooks anywhere to hang towels etc. No guidance on where to throw rubbish away. We also had to pay a £200 deposit upfront which we have never had to do before in Benidorm. Most places just take your credit card details and charge you if afterwards if necessary.

The apartment was nicely decorated

It's at least a 20 minute walk to collect & drop back the key. I was on the 3rd floor with 50 steps and no lift not suitable for an older person

Wonderful, bright apartment in the heart of the old town. Spacious and very comfortable. We loved the fact that the apartment had sun all morning. 5 minutes from the seafront and lots of cafes and bars on the doorstep. I would highly recommend and would have liked to have stayed longer

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished

The apartment was up 3 flights of steps.was very noisy especially in the front of the apartment.as bedroom was in the back thought wouldn’t affect us in the nights but the back of the building was also very noisy.

Immaculate modern light apartment with amazing facilities right in the heart of “old town” Tapas Alley on the doorstep (well 100mtrs😉) Bars restaurants just outside entrance door!!! Communication with property management first class speedy and very accommodating 10/10

Nothing really but there are 3 flights of circular stairs to apartment BUT the view over the street is fantastic as is the morning sunshine on the third floor!!!
