Alameda 16-3 Apartment Beach-Old Town

Property was very clean and lovely lovely location!

Downside is there is no lift and very steep stairs also you have to pick keys up from a different location and drop them off which I think could be better organised like a key safe

The property is immaculately finished to a high standard and very central..

Being on the third floor with narrow winding stairs, very difficult with luggage

The property was great as was the location

Nothing but I wouldn’t advise going to this apartment with a late flight arriving or early morning departure when the office is closed as it was a hassle to get keys & hand keys back.

Location, apartment size, facilities within the apartment and cleanliness.

Clean apartment

Very uncomfortable. And its a shame the apartment use an agency. BenidormBooking.com. who are very hard to contact. Don't answer the phone . Rude . And change us £ 105 euros for 2 hand towels because thay had a stain on one of them .just 1 . . Online thay said thay gave back the full deposit. But only£ 95 come back to my account. Didn't mention the reason why .until it took me 3 days to get an answer from them . And the reason. Because apparently 2 towels had stains on them . Use a stain removal simple Completely unacceptable. Terrible service from BenidormBooking.com .

Location great we were close to everything but with that meant it was busy so quieter after closing time of bars etc.

Check in time was late we arrived at 10am couldn’t get access until 4pm had nowhere to put our luggage.
