Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Experience I had a very frustrating and stressful experience during my recent stay. We were told that the housekeeping team would deliver the keys to a specific location, but they never arrived on time. After nearly two hours of confusion and failed communication with Host & Stay, we finally discovered that the key pickup location we were given was incorrect. This caused significant inconvenience for me and my family after a long journey. Unfortunately, things only got worse once we entered the property. The place was not clean, the fans didn’t work, and the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms was broken. The condition of the accommodation was simply unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Given the level of distress, inconvenience, and the poor state of the property. This was a deeply disappointing experience that I would not expect from a professional host.

Excellent location, very clean

WiFi wasn’t great balcony door was broken couldn’t shut it properly and the balcony and balcony furniture certainly didn’t match the online picture, the bathroom was quite tired although very clean

No slip mat for shower and only one wine glass!!on the whole good.Needed fans which for some reason appeared at the door to apartment on last evening,,?

Decent location and apartment was clean.

Very hot in the apartment. No air circulation. There was 2 fans in the room but neither of them worked. Just felt really stuffy.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Bedrooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The location of key collection was changed at the last minute without any notification. This resulted in us walking around the city centre for nearly an hour trying to locate our keys. There are no spare keys in the apartment as described on the guide, so our whole group had to share 1 key. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for all five of us and nobody on the front desk to ask for more. Door to balcony locks behind you so easy to get stuck out there.
