Interactions with the staff were quick and left a kind impression. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family with children. There is a shopping center within walking distance, making it convenient for shopping. Although it is located away from the city center, the nearby tram stop ensured that we didn’t feel much inconvenience.

When we arrived at the reserved parking spot at the check-in time, another car was already parked there, so we couldn’t use it. The alternative parking provided was too small for us to park, and we ended up canceling and parking on the street instead. (Smaller cars might fit, but this parking space is extremely narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re coming by car, I suggest using the many free street parking spaces available nearby.) Additionally, when we went to the designated location to collect the keys at check-in, the keys were missing. After checking, we found out that the cleaning staff were still in the process of working, and we were told we’d have to wait several hours. As a result, we had to switch to a different room at the last minute.

Comfortable, clean.

Late check in, early check out, loud neighbours.

Everything is fine, the kitchen, private parking, carrefour nearby, the host, etc.

The blind door for the balcony doesn't work smoothly, needs to be fixed.
