Location, clean & well presented.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was superb.

Pat was a fantastic and friendly host who was very accommodating and helpful. The house itself was beautifully decorated and clean, the beds were ever so comfy, and the views around the house were gorgeous. The breakfast was lovely also with a good selection of products. 10/10 would visit again!

Pat is a lovely host, friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, peaceful, rural and the building is exceptional, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Lovely cooked full english breakfast, it must be fabulous to live there.

Lovely house in a beautiful location

Pat is an absolute diamond. Warm, friendly and exceptionally accommodating. My stay with her was nothing short of first class! Room was beautiful and clean, as are all the other facilities. Location is stunning with lovely views and a beautiful quint essential English garden. But for me what made it all perfect was the food..... Everything home made and proper grub. Honestly it was some of the best food I've had staying anywhere. The banoffee pie was my stand out. What I also really liked was Pat was only too happy to fit in around my schedule. Which meant on the Saturday when I had to be somewhere at 07:20 Pat was up and happy to have a full English breakfast served up at 06:30. What more can you ask for! I 100% recommend staying here to anyone looking. It's 10/10 easy.

Such a lovely stay with your own lounge & dining room and beautiful gardens. Pat is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. You must try one of her evening meals. She is a great chef. We would definitely stay here again 😊

We loved this place. So quiet and peaceful. Pat was lovely and her cooking is brilliant. I can highly recommend the quiche that she makes for evening meals. Hubby loved the salmon dish. The breakfast was 10/10.
