Gorgeous house in a beautiful location. Amazing host and very delicious breakfast. Pat went above and beyond to make us feel at home, it felt like we were just staying with a friend!

Pat who owns the property was so lovely she made us feel right at home. The property was very beautiful and felt homely. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt happy and comfortable. Such a beautiful location and a great price, would highly recommend. Pat does a banging full English breakfast too.

Pat was very welcoming and went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We ate at the property on the first night (Salmon Pasta & Enchiladas) and the food was delicious and very generous portions. Parking at the property was no problem and the location was perfect for us as it was quiet, peaceful and the garden was lovely listening to the birds chirping in the morning. Bedrooms were spotless and a comfortable stay all round Thank you Pat

We were having a bit of bother with the TV, fire stick which we thought may be the batteries running low, however Pat was quick to help

It was perfect for our trip to Kielder Observitory. Pat was a super attentive host with a gourgeous a home. She made her home ours for the time we were there. The room was lovely bit cold on arrival but heating was already on for us when we arrived, bed was great so comfy and we had a great night's sleep. I would certainly recommend you book in for food but you need a hearty appetite lol. My husband and I had a 2course evening meal and breakfast the next morning all fresh food cooked to an exceptional standard. There was an amazing log burner in the lounge room the like of which I have never seen, we we told to just add logs when ever we needed to. It warmed the room up lovely alongside the heating as it was a very cold damp night . Tea and coffee available to help yourself if you wanted it in the dinning area at anytime. If we are ever that way again we wouldn't hesitate to book. Thanks for a great stay Pat X

really lovely, clean and comfortable, Pat was lovely. and went over board to provide us with bacon rolls coffee and juice for our early starts (7.00) both days we stayed.

Pat is very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. She even offered a lift to the wedding venue we were attending. The place is lovely and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing!
