Clean beautiful setting and gardens. Warm friendly welcome. Excellent food. Nothing too much trouble for the host. Am giving it the highest possible recommendation.

One of the best stays I/we have ever had. Pat was the perfect host who went out of her way to cater for us, and then adding more on before the stay. She also let me brother stay on the property in his campervan last minute. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, total credit to Pat for all of her hard work in that huge garden, stunning! Her dogs greeted us with excitement and made the stay that little bit more fun/enjoyable. Our rooms were immaculate, comfortable and had all of the amenities plus more. The living area was huge and a great place for chilling out with a beer or a brew on the morning. We were at a local wedding and Pat very kindly offered to take us down to the venue once we were ready. Even more of a surprise, when struggling to get a taxi back, she then came to pick us up. Everyone's hero that night saving us a long walk. There is not one thing I could say anything negative about the place or the host and hopefully we'll be back very soon for a stay. Highly highly recommended!!

The cottage was set in rural Northumberland with an ideal garden surrounded by farmers fields with sheep and cows. It was very quiet and peaceful. Pat the owner made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is of a very high standard with a very homely welcome. Pats 4 dogs were amazing with our puppy and were so well behaved. We would certainly highly recommend a stay.
