Our Lodge at Newquay Bay NB35

GREAT location! We hired linen and it was left as promised. The sun was out - we got to use the outside heated pool. Onsite shop was priced ok for any essentials and we used the asda and aldi in town which was a max 10 minute drive. We all slept fine - seagulls did wake us up a few mornings...but hey what did we expect! We even got a uber eats delivered easily!

The site was nice. Very tidy and good facilities. The lodge was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. Car park was immediately in front.

The door to the main bed didn't close properly. There was no outside space to sit. Some others had large decking areas which would have been really nice as the weather was glorious

Whilst we were staying here. I went on this app to read negative comments as we were unhappy with the state of the caravan. Ripped curtain. Dirty carpets, broken bed with 6 missing slats. So as I clicked the reviews as helpful. I then get a message from Natasha the host asking me if everything was ok? I told her my grievances in reply. My punishment for doing so? She refused to give my £100.00 deposit back. 2 messages to her were ignored. So I had to go to Booking com themselves and they can't get my money back, she has refused to it would seem. They did however give me a voucher for a 3rd of the deposit as a token gesture. Not good enough as we left the caravan in the same condition it was given to us. The location is perfect though. My advice is don't stay here. I've stayed in far better caravans via Booking.com.

Not getting my deposit of £100.00 back. Check the reviews. Someone has mentioned the deposit before myself now.

Been to newquay bay resort a few times great location 10 min drive to town centre i recommended the mermaid bar lovely an relaxing an great few to watch the sunset

It was clean

1 the mattress double was worn out and could feel every spring 2. The lats on the double bed were missing and others broken 3. The freezer was thick in ice and it was going up into the fridge 4. No light in the hallway leading to the bedrooms 5. Light not working in one smaller bedroom where we had to sleep in single beds due to the double being impossible to sleep in digesting state of the bed 6. No blind in the toilet not given privacy 7. Door lock on toilet kept jamming I got locked in at one point

Host did not let us in and code we received from Booking.com was fake. On top of that, we cannot get refund for what we have paid. The worse experience and customer service I have ever seen

Caravan was nice and clean and comfortable fresh bedding and games for the kids with TV and Netflix

Site was amazing indoor and outdoor pool restaurants and kids entertainment followed by bingo and karaoke

Very good location, lovely owners after needing to contact them. Had everything needed in caravan.

Few issues. Broken steps. Bed broken. Noisy fridge. Contacted the owners and helped out where possible. So very thankful.

Is close to beaches and shop .
