T´úubul K´iin Bed & Breakfast

Ale was amazing! She made sure everything was great for my stay. Her breakfast was way better than any restaurant because it was homemade. Homemade with love! Plus her talks were like talking to a great friend. Ale gave the "feel at home" feeling. The rooms are great for a solo traveler or couple. Great location! About a 10-15min walk to the main areas. I recommend this place to everyone. The room had AC!

I'd recommend anyone to stay here. The host, Alejandra, is such a sweet lady. Cared for me and my girlfriend as if we were her kids. She lives there and her son stays there over the weekend. Not only did she make the most amazing breakfasts, I also had some wonderful conversations. In Spanish mostly, but when my girlfriend joined the conversation Ale tried to speak a bit of English. Adorable, really. We even waved goodbye with tears in her eyes, just after she said she's gonna miss us 😢

The bed is very small.

Our host lady (I believe her name was Alejandra but I’m not sure!) was exceptional. She was so friendly and kind and made our stay so comfortable. The breakfasts were attentive and delicious. I wish her nothing but the best! The room was so cosy, I felt like I was in my bedroom at home! And so near the centre but still peaceful and quiet. Exceptional value for money.

There was a leak in our bathroom while we were staying (likely due to the heavy rain we experienced) which was a little annoying, HOWEVER our host did everything she could to keep us comfortable and it didn’t dampen our stay one bit!

The location of this b&b was great, in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to centro. My room was simple and comfortable. The weather was 80's at night and over 100 during the day so the A/C and ceiling fan together was wonderful and worked perfectly. I used the A/C as little as possible, mainly during the night in order to sleep.

I have really serious concerns about the exterior door key system. One door key is used to enter AND exit the b&b from the street. If the door is locked - and it must stay locked due to security - a person cannot exit the building without a key. Think about this: if there is an emergency - fire, etc. - the door to go out cannot be opened by hand. This is a HUGE safety problem. I cannot recommend your b&b because of this and I ask you to please change this door lock system. Also, I think Alejandra is a very nice and friendly person however she is a terrible cook. I could not eat any breakfast she prepared. So much oil and grease, everything fried. Many other guests left food on their plates too. I felt terrible about the food waste.

Spacious, clean room with good air con. Good and generous breakfast provided by Alejandra, who is really lovely 😊
