T´úubul K´iin Bed & Breakfast

The room was comfy and we had a shared balcony. The breakfast was big enough and the lady who made it was super nice, she let us put our stuff in her room before the check-in. AC was working well and it didn't smell like humidity as in other places I've been to in Yucatan.

There were at least 4 cockroaches in the shower and in the stairs going to the rooms 😰

It was a good value for the price with breakfast, appreciated the AC and available water. Spacious

I don’t like when traveling, no WiFi during travel day, and not knowing how to get inside your lodging. Facility was informed what time I arrived and I had no access to WiFi. Only by luck, a young man staying there let me in. Lovely woman preparing breakfast the 1st morning had a noticeable cough and never washed her hands. 2nd morning she wore a mask on her face but still coughing and never washing hands

Very nice lady made lovely breakfast and room had a great shower

No Tv to watch the Mexico news etc

Fantastic breakfast cooked by the staff, who is very nice and helpful. She is the best thing of the hostel.

The beds and bathroom were quite dirty. You can find a lot of hairs left from previous guest, or even GUESTS. I am not sure the bed sheet is changed every time.

Alejandra, the woman who works there, was amazing. She gave us great tips on local places to visit as well as insights into life in Mexico. She also cooked a great breakfast. I think she really made the place feel more like a home stay and also it felt like we got Spanish classes included. She deserves a raise and a paid vacation.

It could be a little noisy if people were in the hall at night.

Clean guesthouse with lots of charm with delicious breakfast included (scrambled eggs on first day and pancakes on second). The lady in charge is very sweet and will make you feel like family. In a safe area w free street parking a 15 walk from the key attractions and just a few blocks from scenic Calle 60 which will take you to the square. We also walked less than ten minutes to rent bikes on paseo de montejo.
