T´úubul K´iin Bed & Breakfast

The room was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable and the shower had decent power - which is not always the case especially when the room is upstairs. The charm for me lay in Alejandra who seems to be the host and the cook and cleaner all in one! Incredibly helpful and friendly and cooks breakfast with love! I was only there one night this time but would def go back.

Alejandra is so kind and nice! Location just outside city center was perfect as it wasn't loud but was still close to the center.

Need a clear large trash can somewhere to make it more obvious where to throw big trash

The lady making delicious breakfast was very welcoming.

I spent there several days and depending on the neighbors this place was either nice and calm or noisy. You can literally hear every step.

Ale is just a wonderful lady, she really takes care of you! She’s the sweetest. Cooks breakfast for you in the morning and every day is a different dish! The room was great, very comfortable bed and perfect bathroom. Finally some good water pressure in Mexico! Aircon was delightful in the heat!

Although central enough it can be quite dark walking alone at night. It’s more of a quiet area of the centre. But still felt safe.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Spacious room, comfy beds and nicely decorated. Good location.

We loved our stay here, our host was soo kind & made us the best breakfast every morning :) location was great too, so close to everything! The aircon and fan was so good too!!

Would be nice to have cold water available for guests!
