Grass Residences T3 11th Floor with Balcony

The location is super good. Near to MRT, station, van stations, 2 minutes walk to Shopping mall.

The place met my expectations—what you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person.

The unit was clean; however, we noticed a few small cockroaches, so additional insecticide spraying may be needed.

We love the location, its very convenient, walking distance to malls. The unit smells good and clean .Tingting is accommodating. She make sure that our check in process is smooth. Nice stay on this place and will book again. :)

The property owner responded timely. It was a nice experience.

Ms. Ting Ting, the admin staff who assisted us through our requests, was spectacular.
