Just the lights and property

The electricity went out like 9 pm and they took 45 mins to come check it. They give a button phone but its useless as no one answers it. The reception number was switched off. The power was off again at 10 ish in the morning but couldnt bother complaining as it was useless. I tried to order tea and had to call 10 times to housr keeping before they could pick up and the person lazily answered that he could bring it only after 7 am, i agreed and he didnt bring it at all. Had to go to reception in person to complaint. The food was bad. We had dinner buffet and it was not even kept warm. There were no staff nearby to refill and the caramel custard was gross. The breakfast was also the same. I ordered dosas and had to wait for 45 mins. The kitchen staff just left and when i asked for juice to be refilled he just diluted sugar in minimal amount of juice and it tasted like syrup. There was no variety. They serve frozen curd. Despite reading review that they have coorg delicacies, none of the local food was served. Overall its a bad experience

Location if you love off roading in 4x4 it's a test Staff Discourteous lacks professilism Spa services Exhorbitantly overpriced lacks in hygiene and cleanliness doesn't know difference in massage and aromatherapy Food Below average chef needs to be told thrice before he serves you unpalatable food Washrooms clean but the bath tub is ornamental piece don't ever try using it as it emptied faster thanit can fill Hot water is only for namesake runs out after one bath other person needs to wait for an hour Net connection Only if you wish to come for a zero connectivity u are welcome Better come see and book at your own risk. Will never recommend anyone to visit this property.

The location and the ambience.

The food was average ans service subpar, certain services like spa were not available. Also, the WIFI was erratic.

i really liked the property, the rooms and location were exceptional.. Away from hustle bustle of the city. It was worth it.

play room - toys for kids were not in a working state. No open ground for kids to run . Swimming pool
