Unit was spacious and clean enough. The view from balcony was nice. Host was nice to keep me updated and offered extended check out till 2pm. Worth the price if not for the shortcomings.

I feel bad to write this, but it is what it is. Very late check in. Been postponed several times. Duration of stay advertised as standard 3pm - 11am. At around 430pm, was informed that the unit will only be ready around 540pm due to cleaning process. Initially only offered extended check out till 1pm, which is 2 hours extra despite delay almost 3 hours. Eventually agreed to extend till 2pm. 540pm, cleaning is still on progress.... Updated around 610pm, will take another half hour. No other counteroffer. I was so tired after long day, kids were cranky i just wanted to get a bath and relax man. Finally received check in instructions at 630pm.

The Unit was big enough to accommodate our large group so we were able to spend more time together. The uninterrupted sea-view from the balcony was amazing. There are rooftop bars and dining options within the same compound. Kids loved and enjoyed the foosball table provided in the unit.

The adjacent mall within the compound does not seem to have any tenants so that was a bit of a bummer. It would have been 10/10 if the living area was a little more spacious and wait time for lifts was little shorter.

Toilet not properly cleaned. One of the sofa is damaged/torn. Leaking aircond in one of the rooms.Swimming pool is closed for 2 weeks bcoz of maintenance works.
