Appartamento molto bello! Curato nei dettagli e molto confortevole. Zona molto bella RUZAFA....piena di locali e molto viva. 10 min.a piedi per arrivare al centro. 10 Min dalla stazione metro all appartamento.

The location is convenient, and the house is clean and quiet. There are many restaurants nearby, a supermarket is also convenient, and bus and train stations are not far away.

It would be better if the air mattress were replaced with a sofa bed, and adding a window would improve air circulation. The door lock needs to be updated, as it is difficult to control entry and exit.

Piano terra nessuna finestra solo una specie di balcone interrato. Portone che da direttamente sulla strada e fi vetro, nessuna porta in tutta la casa.

Ubicación y limpieza

Es un bajo (antiguo local comercial) mal insonorizado en un barrio con gran ambiente nocturno. No pudimos descansar por el ruido. Una de las camas (por decir algo, porque era un colchón hinchable) justo al lado de la puerta, por lo que se escuchaba a cualquiera que pasase por la acera. La puerta es de cristal y entra bastante luz, en cuanto amanece, te despiertas. No hay persiana ni cortina para evitarlo. Una de las camas era un colchón hinchable incómodo. Esto no venía indicado en la descripción del alojamiento por lo que me parece de muy mal gusto... Muy caro para los servicios prestados.
