Stunning views, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, everything you needed to make meals, also so close to central Ilfracombe

Only thing was a bit tricky getting the key to work in the front door

"Perfect property, perfect location and would highly recommend."

The property has everything you need to make you feel at home. The extra touches were well thought out and the apartment was comfortable and warm. The views from the balcony were amazing and really made it for us!

The noise from seagulls, church bells and people outside at night time and in the early morning. Although, julie had thought of this and provided us with ear plugs. These were a good addition and helped us sleep through the noise.

"Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment but lack of free parking spoilt it for me"

The properties location on the seafront was lovely and it had everything you needed to fully enjoy your stay.

My biggest gripe wasn’t so much about the property but the fact that it lacked its own parking space. If you could find a parking space outside then you could only park for one hour! You then had to move it for the rest of the day to a chargeable car park! If you are happy to factor in a daily charge of £15 then that’s fine but if you have anything heavy to carry then you won’t be too pleased?!

"A hidden gem"

If you are thinking about booking this property, STOP THINKING and book it now! We come from a city that has 7* hotels. All I can say is this was very much up there. We had a full itinerary booked for the 3 days but I wish we actually had one full day just to chill and enjoy the apartment! It was well equipped, and the welcome cupcakes went down a treat! Julie has really gone above and beyond with this little gem. It was so cozy, clean and modern but classy loved the attention to detail! I wish we had stayed longer! The view was better than the photos, which is just breathtaking. Can't wait to book it again! Thank you for having us! - from Dubai x

Nothing, we loved everything about it! Some reviews people moaning about the stairs but you don't get the view otherwise ! Parking could be an issue for some but more than enough in and around the harbour if you look.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the location right next to the harbour is great. The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable (it might be a bit cosy for 4 adults, but was perfect for 2).

The climb up the stairs is hard work - but definitely worth it!
