Stunning location right on the cliff with beautiful views from the living room and balcony.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 storey building via several flights of stairs. Pack light as there is very limited parking near by so bags have to be carried to the house then hauled up all those stairs. The view is worth the effort. There is only a couple of inches between the bed and walls or furniture so you have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Lots of noisy seagulls.

location is amazing and we enjoyed dropping in and out of the town at our leisure. all facilities within a few minutes walk. drinks and cakes on arrival was such a personal touch 👍

couldn’t fault it… even the noise from the seagulls were covered with ear plugs

The view, the facilities and the central location were all great

The only minor issue was the stairs after a big meal and a few glasses of wine. But that# my fault

Lovely and clean apartment in a very central location. Perfect for exploring Ilfracombe and the beautiful coastline. The view from the balcony is simply stunning and we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night! The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We absolutely loved it!

Loved the location and sitting on the deck overlooking the sea. It wasn't that warm but still great in the lounge looking out. Very clean, well fitted out appartment. Great for two couples, with two bathrooms even if fairly small. Comfy beds and sofa. Great base for exploring the coast path. We managed to park outside to unpack then move the car to a free parking location. As long as you can manage the stairs, I would highly recommend.

lovely views, warm and cosy. A lovely quiet spot close to the town.

Be aware this property isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues-especially if they can’t do stairs.

Location is very convenient. Flat has everything you need. Views are incredible.

Parking would be nice, but appreciate this is determined by location.
