We have been to ilfracombe quiet a few times but never stopped in the town. The apartment is in the perfect location with stunning views over the sea. The apartment was lovely and warm and very cosy despite the weather! Will definitely be booking again!

"Perfect for a long weekend away."

Good location close to everything, fabulous views from the balcony. Well equipped with all facilities for a perfect stay. Even in October we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a coffee, we even got to see a couple of Dolphins.

"Late September holiday."

The view from the sitting room was wonderful. Decor, comfort and cleanliness good. Position was central and convenient for the harbour. Lovely to have tea, coffee and wine - but a pint of milk to start us off would have been helpful, as would spare toilet rolls. A problem with the boiler and lack of hot water was soon solved.

A 5 storey Victorian building, with high ceilings and the apartment on the 5th floor/ attic rooms, Is a huge challenge for anyone. If you struggle with stairs this apartment is not for you. Parking is difficult. Limited to overnight on the street outside the building, with many vehicles seeking few spaces. This means leaving the apartment every day to either move the car to a pay and display car park ,or leave Ilfracombe for the day. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that the nearby church clock chimes very loudly every hour. Thank goodness the hosts left earplugs for us.

"Lovely apartment, great views, would be"

The apartment is situated on the coastline with magnificient views out to sea. The apartment is well catered for all, very clean with many personal touches. Very welcoming. Ĺoved having coffee in the morning sat on the balcony. Would visit again.

Unfortunately the apartment is up 3 landings with stairs. No parking close by and have to pay to find a space in public car park
