No comforter in the main bedroom. There were some miscommunication at first but was resolved right away.

ESEstá muy bien ubicado , en 25 /30 minutos andando estás en el National Mall y tiene varios autobuses cerca que te llevan a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias, por decir algo el baño es lo más flojo, con bañera con ducha bastante vieja. Pero en líneas generales el apartamento cumple de sobra con el cometido y está limpio muy recomendable.Tiene a la vuelta dos italianos que están muy bien Red Hen y Bacio ( Pizzas ricas)
Lo comentado del baño, que es mejorable.
FRUSI got to check in early and kept my car parked in 2 hour parking without a ticket for the 3 day stay
Where to begin… the bed was made but truly don’t believe the bedding had been changed. There were fine hairs on all 3 beds/ pillows. Glad we brought our own linens from home. There were towels hanging on the back of front bedroom door, as if the previous guest used and were un laundered. The baseboards, door frames, trim or walls haven’t seen a cleaning towel or wipe down, maybe NEVER. the fridge unit is only a freezer or fridge! There’s only ONE shower door, make that make sense. Water gets everywhere. Listing started that there are laundry pods. There was not. Plusside, no roaches 🪳 or bed bugs Also the Metro train station is a good 15-17 minute walk.
USPictures on website made the room look why nicer than it actually was in person! Didn't seem like heart of the city also. Also had some kind of large insect crawling on the wall on one of the nights we stayed and the rooms stayed Soo hot even when ac was supposedly on and fans going. Pretty disappointed with how much me and sisters had to pay for just 2 nights Overall stay experience was not what I would have expected!

Parking situation.
AUThe unit is on 3rd floor without elevator and narrow staircase. For a family apartment, getting luggage up the stairs is impossible. This should be mentioned right at the top of the advertisement to plan and consider. There is no parking with the property although the title says ‘with free parking’. Street parking is not available and only for 30 months or two hours The amnity is old, heater runs eith hot water and can’t be controlled. Property needs urgent renovation Booking.com should validate before publishing

Accessing extra toiletries was a bit confusing and it was kind of cold, but otherwise great stay for the price!
