USUSUSThe neighborhood was nice, the property was quiet and clean and pretty comfortable. There were many restaurants and a little convenience store super close by. Internet was good and the big TVs in the rooms were neat.
Parking situation was a nightmare lowkey but we had been warned about it haha Just don’t drive… it’s pretty close to Capitol Hill and public transportation is very accessible. Also, it was soooo hot in the bathroom. Like- 90 degrees even with the window open.
PHThe property is in good location. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Ideal for family of 6 or group vacations. The host is very attentive.

No elevator. Difficult to claim with heavy suitcases.
USOn the bright side, the place offered a true Washington experience in a small space. The bedroom was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. However, the rest of the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The shower was dirty and unstable, with the curtain barely hanging on and the water valve loose. The caulking around the sink and baseboards was poorly done, and it took a long time for the water to get hot. Unfortunately, neither of the bedroom doors closed properly, and the main floor seemed to be coming apart. The paint job looked amateurish, and the property felt much older than the photos suggested. Given the high price and its distance from the city, it didn’t provide the value we had hoped for.
