The Rose501: 5th floor Apartment with Rooftop Pool

The location was good. Nice view from the window.

The check in process was long and time consuming. Such a strict place to stay. Can’t have a visitor. Can’t have drinks or a smoke. Very boring place to stay in general.

We felt welcome the staff were friendly. I also liked the attention to detail in the apartment,modern appliances and water pressure of shower is on point. I liked the use of latest security features in and around the apartment building. The view of table mountain and the city is spectacular.

The is no mat to help avoid slipping when going in and out of shower. The person making the booking must be there in person I don't like that,what if I was booking for my wife and kid. The worse part is they only notify you in the morning on the day you have to check-in that you have to be there in person,other quests even though listed can not check themselves in without you. Just imagine if I was too far out and could not make it in person,what would happen to the booking,now my guests would be disappointed. The policy/rules should detail everything pertaining to the accommodation because I don't like surprises on the day. In
