No heating in the room. I was freezing. Called staff who was non challant, and never came to sort it.

Good size room with ensuite and kitchenate

To noisy people. Late night noise. Heating did not work some days. No information pack. Extractor fan not working. No basics like tea coffee or even salt. no extra bedding when cold. The drains were unpleasant. Shower did not drain well. Skirting damaged in bathroom.

I liked having a ensuite bathroom.

Upon entrance, everything was clean and nice. However, it felt like the furniture was very cheap, including the wardrobe which was falling apart. Bathroom was alright. Shower was very minimal and drained slowly meaning if you took longer than a 5 minute shower, you might have to turn off the water to let it drain a bit. The pots and pans did not work on the induction hob which was a disappointment. Additionally, the landlord informed me only 10 minutes prior that someone was coming to visit the property which was incredibly inconsiderate. It is walking distance from an Asda and multiple tram stops, however as a single woman, I did not feel great walking at night. If you need something short and sweet, it's a great area. But there is no desk so don't expect to easily get any work done or be able to cook in anything other than a microwave.

The place is located in ng7 which is worse and people here are not friendly. The worst part is when ur provided with the studios in ground floor it would be worse as people who walk outside are noisy and most people smoke drugs n stuff. But

First, the room in the picture was not offered to me. I 'd not been happy until it was changed. I found that house builders who designed and built the house were not professionally competent. They were not imaginative builders, either. The toilets and kitchenettes could have been the best and pretty good if they were built passionately. The second room, 14 Burford Rd, was good with a quiet atmosphere. This room could be the best of all if the room was renovated, just by changing their present places.

I didn't like someone walking in the garden in the middle of the night, and the light of the laundry room brightened the garden, disturbing me. It should be stopped.
