The fact there was a mini kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle & sink) and plenty of electrical sockets.

No tv, the mattress was horribly thin & flimsy, no support.

"Great if you need a decent, low price accommodation."

Just needed somewhere to stay for a night before a training day and it fit the bill perfectly: Nice set up "studio style" with a kitchenette at a very reasonable price. Ample free on-street parking. Host very responsive and helpful.

The shower setting is very hot (I did not manage to reduce). There was no shower gel in one of our rooms (though not a problem as I luckily had some with me). No teabag/coffee available.
