Unsafe. Stayed 15 minutes. Tailgated in. Drug addict hanging around outside our door who engaged in threatening behaviour. Wouldn't refund.

Apartment shabby. Handles missing from kitchen drawers, kick boards off in kitchen. Utensils rusty. No working bedside light. Bed rammed up against wall heater so not enough room for 2 people.Not enough cereal bowls for 3. Hole in pull out sofa. Windows don't fit in sitting room, not double glazed so can hear everything and cold. Curtains didn't fit the width of window so woken up early by light and noise. Charged an extra 30.00 deposit requirement not advertised. I was also asked to add i.d. not advertised 0When I complained I was offered a later check out which I accepted. If the apartment was as good as the people managing it as they did their job and communication was excellent they would be onto a winner but whoever owns this needs to decorate and spend some money on it

Great location and facilities were really good. Communication was fast and helpful when needed and all the information needed was provided. Would definitely use them again.

Location - we could walk to the football

It was dilapidated and dirty. The shower was stuck on scalding hot so we couldn’t use it. The windows and one curtain didn’t close. There weren’t enough beds for all of us - my husband and I had to share a single.

The hosts were attentive, always responsive and very helpful. I also loved the location and how conveniently close, in terms of walking distance proximity to the train station, bars and restaurants. We would definitely come back to stay.

Had issues with accessing the property. The main door to enter the building wouldn’t budge to open, took a few attempts of typing in the code and eventually was able to get in. Then had a similar issue with using the key to access the property, luckily the hosts were very responsive and attentive and had sent someone out to come and help open the door. Thankfully the door to the property had finally opened after 20 minutes of attempts. Other than the issue with accessing the property, we overall enjoyed our stay! 😊

We really like how spacious it is and comfortable we found it actually does have wifi which was brilliant really massive tv with great volume, kitchen was great but washing machine not working, room was great size and so wash bathroom. Very clean , great host.

The gas was not working so not hot shower, also the place was very cold as windows very thin. Also washing machine not working , but other than that no problems.
