"Pleasant"

We had difficulty to find the flat since there is no signage or whatsoever, but thanks to the management, their shared video very helpful. The flat has full amenities.

No information that there is no lift. so we have to bring up our big and heavy luggages to the apartment. bed was so hard and old,.

"Good location, basic, but fine for this price"

Great as a very central location, pretty basic but did the job for a weekend in Newcastle with friends. Kitchen was well equipped.

The sofa bed was not really a sofa bed, more a sofa which can extend a bit. No sheets were provided despite requesting, and the spare duvet and pillows in the wardrobe which we used didn’t seem very clean
