Excellent location. Kitchen well equipped.

Upon arrival, the apartment was freezing cold. Took time to warm. I recommend, to heat the app before a new arrival. Shower, very little space. Recommend to put a small shelf in the corner for the soap !

The property was in an excellent location, close to the lake, old town, shops and restaurants and public transport. It met our expectations for an apartment in Italy in that it had most things needed including washing machine. The property has a lift.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I spent time each night sleeping on the lounge to relieve my back. There were no instructions to turn on the heating. The kettle did not work and after notifying Cristina I received no response so used the microwave to boil water for a cup of tea. The shower is tiny. Don't drop anything because you won't be able to bend over to pick it up.

Le confort de l'appartement et la localisation.

Le check in fût difficile. Après quelques contraintes liées à l'enregistrement la veille nous avons été informé le matin de notre arrivée qu'il fallait communiquer notre numéro de téléphone pour déclencher le système d'ouverture de la porte. Arrivée à la gare de Côme nous avons reçu un message nous informant que nous avions quelques minutes pour ouvrir la porte principale sinon...ce serait délicat car notre hôtesse n'était pas disponible ! Pas très cool comme début de vacances.

the amenities are complete so it feels like home away from home, and it's near the lake and the train station, there's a supermarket nearby which is also really good point. we had a good stay.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Ilmalämpöpumppu superhyvä kesällä. Sänky oli hyvä ja extra kiitos lisäpeitosta!

Mahdollisesti kielimuurista johtuen sisäänkirjautuminen oli hieman hidasta, mutta kaikki järjestyi lopulta.

Die Vermieterin war sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Für Leite die aus der Ferne Reisen sehr schlecht. Es war die Hölle in die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Ansonsten Lage und Unterkunft waren gut. Es war auch sehr schlecht zu parken. Alleine dort hätte man sich man mit der Gastgeberin mal austauschen können… Schade. Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen, ansonsten super Lage…
