Tene was kind. Its assessale with everything being all one level with a small step down to get into the main living area. They had extra sheets and towels ready.

The apartment was not cleaned when we got there. The bedding was not changed. The shower had hair and dirt on the floor. The toilet was used and not flushed. We were told the cleaning crew was arriving late and we waited an additional hour after we arrived for the cleaners to finished. Yet the place was still dirty that we had to clean the toilet and change the sheets before we unpacked. And the keys were still not in the lock box as promised. It had to be walked down by the owners. The owner attempted to rectify it by buying our diner but we delined bc we didnt get dinner. One of the owner came down to talk to us as well and came off a little too over friendly. It also has a very bad mildew smell. Not a 10 star review but not a horrible experience either. However, I will be selecting a hotel next time.

Location was great, parking is availabe right in front of the house. Great host!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was convenient

People upstairs was loud most nights The shower head was in a weird position wet up my head when ever I was in the shower I think they should have 2 sets of keys or a key code because it was inconvenient for me when my daughter had the keys if I forgot anything I couldn’t go back into the room

The host has set up such a cute, and quite spot. They definitely go above and beyond my expectations and is all around just good vibes.

Actually there wasn't anything. They even had filtered water!

I had serious safety concerns while I was there

I checked out early due to serious concerns regarding my safety and the overall condition of the property. On 4/29– the day after check in at 6:00 PM, the host, Mr.Lovell called me from an unrecognized number, separate from the agreed-upon contact information. He pretended to be someone else, flirted, and falsely claimed to have received my number months ago. He did not identify himself during the call and only revealed who he was after seeing me in person a few moments later. Even then, he was not forthcoming and only admitted it after I directly asked. He also stays upstairs in the property which is not made clear in the booking nor at the time of check in. This behavior was completely inappropriate and made me feel extremely unsafe. Given these serious issues, I demanded a full refund and vacated the property immediately. I reported these issues to Booking as well. BOOKING WAS NOT HELPFUL. Only offering to report my safety concern directly to the host himself while I was still at the property. Also, all refund request go straight to host, so if they deny it, you’re screwed. Inside the room itself, there were multiple hidden or “secret” doors secured with padlocks, which made the space feel highly unsafe and unsettling. The physical condition of the room was also unacceptable: the bathroom was dirty, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the unit, and the use of colored sheets and bath towels was very off-putting, as it suggested an attempt to hide stains. The property did not match the listing description and was clearly a misrepresentation.
