It was close to my family’s house

Basement was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes. Found a dirty condom. There was only hot water. No toilet paper. It said free parking, but didn’t specify that it was street parking. Some nights we had to park on different streets. It was humid. No ventilation. AC unit has to be emptied constantly. There was also mold. I’m not one who minds drinking tap water, however, this place was so disgusting I didn’t feel comfortable drinking their tap.
