CAI showed up before 4 pm, so I would be on time for check-in, but the room access email was never sent to me. The onsite management was great, but the management for this unit did not respond to my calls, texts, and emails. I waited until 5:30 pm without any reply. I had to find another place to lodge, which was not easy due to the large convention that was in town. I never did get a reply from #5 Heart of Downtown, and it's been a week now.

USAwesome location! The perfect mix of amenities for a weekend away! The comforts of home without being home.
It was a little difficult to get a response that wasnt automated from the management team. But, all was well at the end.

Instructions were lacking in detail regarding where to temporarily park upon first arriving. There was no closed gate down the alley to the parking garage so that caused confusion as to if we were in the correct alley. There was another vehicle parked across our designated parking spot which caused us to park outside of the designated spot. Response time was terrible.
USPerfect location with access to the Skywalk! This was made our walk to Lucas Oil and the Convention Center rather enjoyable on a 15° night. The apartment had everything one would need and we will return!

Odd set up of apartment, the second bed referred to was a rollaway cot—didn’t use it but wasn’t sure where we would’ve put it if we had. Some wall switches didn’t work. Over all for what we paid, we were disappointed
