Cheap. Right off the highway and a 2 minute walk to Culver’s You certainly get what you paid for

I already called it in. I stayed for no more than the 15 minutes it took to finish the call to your customer service for a refund and checked out. It was disgusting. I didn't like ANYTHING

Well for starters, it was supposed to be a kitchenette with a cooktop and that wasn't there at all. There was no coffee pot in the room, No breakfast as the advert said and the room was BEYOND DISGUSTING and DIRTY. NOTHING was cleaned and I was afraid to put any of my items anywhere in the room. I immediately called your customer service and was sent an email to submit evidence of the NASTY and I still had to pay for a different hotel by myself. No one has contacted me after my evidence submittal with an update on my refund. If this doesn't get taken care of I will NEVER use your site again and tell everyone I know to not use your site.

I loved the kiosk check-in. Fast, efficient, friendly. There was also someone on site. The room was simple but clean, updated and quiet. I'll stay there again when I come through that area.

Carpet on the floors would be nice but not necessary.
