4 bedroom, sleeps 8 comfy home near to City Centre and Beaches!

Everything looked really well presented, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment we'd want, it has a spar supermarket directly opposite to it and only a few minutes walk to the beach. We pointed out some broken things to the landlord who responded within 24 hours.

The living room bay window leaked when it rained, there was a cracked window in one of the bedrooms, there were signs of damp in parts of the house that didn't smell but was a little disappointing given the high finished look in the house. Didn't disrupt our stay as we used it as a base for walking but should be fixed be fore next guest.

The location was good.

The house wasn’t clean, the kitchen didn’t even have foil or basic kit like a baking tray for the oven. There were pieces of rubbish pushed down the side of the sofas and there was no parking.

En suite bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen. Lounge TV. The property was beey warm downstairs, which was unexpected as upstairs wasn't so warm. This was very nice. We used every part of the house, including the spare bedroom, making it a games room. The property has laminate downstairs except bedroom and carpeted in all bedrooms and stairs and lading. The ensuite room was large. The other rooms were of good size.

Downstairs toilet out of order. We had to keep climbing the stairs. Which we didn’t like. The corner sofa was too soft, especially in the corner. Needs wood underneath to stop sliding off.

The accommodation was perfect for 4 females. Very clean and had all the mod cons. Excellent all round

Place nice and clean. House spacious and bright.

Cream sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. You feel like you are sitting on the floor and I had backache from it. Mattress in the middle bedroom upstairs has a sinking whole in the middle so my friend had very bad sleep. Noisy neighbours shouting at 3am. We enjoyed our days there but not nights 🥹

the house is amazing with 4 beautiful double beds and 2 showers upstairs. Downstairs there is a huge kitchen which is spotless and a super comfy lounge.
