4 bedroom, sleeps 8 comfy home near to City Centre and Beaches!

The house is really spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is bigger than ours at home! There were enough bath towels, yet the cleaner came to drop off more. The location is a plus: the beach is really close, there is a nice park, and the town centre and castle can be reached on foot, too. It's handy to have a SPAR minimarket opposite the property, even if it isn't the cleanest, best stocked and friendliest place in town. There are parking spaces in front of the property, though we were never fortunate enough to find them free. Our girls appreciated the Dyson-style hairdryer and the en-suite bathroom (we decided to sleep downstairs as it was fresher). Although the downstairs toilet was out of order, we appreciated having an extra washbasin when needed.

There was no ovenware, no teatowel and no spare kitchen towel, which made cooking and washing up quite difficult (we tend not to use the dishwasher when we are just having tea & snacks or breakfast - full loads save the planet!) Pity that the downstairs toilet was out of order during our stay because having all 3 of them available would have been great. Lots of the parking spaces are for permit holders only, so when we arrived we were unable to unload the car in the immediate vicinity. The host has already apologised directly to us for the inconvenience and said that he will make it clear in the description that there might be this issue. One night the neighbours were quite noisy.

We liked the area as there was a beach and park nearby for our kids to play.

1) The washing machine didn't work. 2) The downstairs toilet was out of order. 3) The back garden isn't safe for kids due to there being no security fence. 4) The beds were not comfortable, you could feel yourself sink in the mattress. 5) The stairs had nails poking out and often the kids ended up getting hurt. 6) The landlord's communication was not up to standard as he didn't reply to messages on time. Some of our messages still haven't been replied to.

The home was very well accustomed with everything needed including a high chair and travel cot for my baby. The decor was clean and modern and the facility was very clean.

The back garden had a building with smashed windows. This wasn't very pleasing but not in there control.

Very clean and comfortable house. Good location short walk from beach with handy small supermarket opposite. Parking in the street is a mixture of resident permit and non-permit parking - we found a space to park almost always so didn’t find this too much of a problem. Good communication from very responsive owner.

The property was easily accessible, close to the beaches, city centre and lots of other attractions. The property was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Modern and comfortable. Great value.

The property is newly renovated, nicely done, great location for what we needed, clean throughout, spacious bedrooms Helpful owners- the problems have highlighted was dealt with efficiently. Even arranged a cleaner to come back the next morning, Thank you for wine and chocolates..

When we arrived the downstairs toilet was leaking all over the floor, foul waste coming up, we did call the owners told us not to use it, went out came back every more water everywhere horrid smell throughout kitchen as that’s where it was located, rang owner and they manage to sort a plumber problem sorted while we went out with friends, There are 4 spotlights flashing in the kitchen which is not great The house sleeps 8 which we were, there is only 6 of all crockery, cutlery and glasses, so we weren’t all able to eat together if we wanted, Next door are quite noisy and loud Only highlighted these things as I think they have been reported before and nothing been actioned

Location was amazing, very close to the beach and has a shop opposite.

on the advert it states there is parking, and there is NOT. its all permits and there is never any space. i had to park really far and keep moving it.
