4 bedroom, sleeps 8 comfy home near to City Centre and Beaches!

Very spacious and pretty clean in gerneral. Great location. Washing machine was great for us as we stayed for a few days. Host responded to my queries quickly and dropped some toilet paper off when we ran out.

Parking can be difficult especially late at night as there is limited number of free parking spaces outside which are first come first serve. Lack of hooks and mirror in the rooms was quite inconvenient. Would be good if there's some cleaning tools like a mop.

The house was very clean and very spacious. Lots of room for 4 of us. Everything you need in a property was available.

Clean and modern property with lots of space inside

The beds were very uncomfortable. The neighbours next door were very noisy and loud therefore we had terrible sleep both nights. Loud noises going on past 11pm the first night, and around 5am the morning we left. Also the stair carpet is very thin and the spikes from the grippers stick out which resulted in my children cutting themselves more than 3 times on them causing bleeding. I saw someone else complained about ‘ nails on the stairs ‘ on the 3rd august and was told they would look into it but they obviously didn’t.

It is stunning clean and the small bits you would t expect they literally go above and beyond

It was very clean, and close to the beach for the children

There wasn’t enough plates and dishes, one of the toilets was out of order, and we had to ask for a key for the back door

The house was a Perfect position to visit singleton Park for a gig, in Swansea, which we did. We also walked to Swansea marina to the bars and restaurants on our first day. The beach is literally a few minutes walk and a handy shop right opposite the house comes in very handy. There's a lovely beach bar not far away as well, with good food and drinks. Having 4 double beds suited us, as we were a group of 4 couples, so it was perfect. We would def stay again.

Had a little problem with the downstairs toilet , which hopefully will be sorted soon, plus there's not much room to store anything as a few of the rooms don't have much storage at all. All in all, these problems are only small when you're only staying for a weekend, so they didn't spoil our time there.
