The property is clean nd beautiful

Network problem

The staff

The bed was broken, the curtain was stuck couldn’t open, the elevator was not working, the door handles were broken, the network was very bad. I’m not sure what was leaking at the parking but the car was dirty because of that.

There is not enough lighting in the estate and at the pool area was dark. Could do with more lighting

The location. Close to the mall ans beach

Has issues wirh water but that waa beyond the host control

The vicinity to the airport and estate security.

Hardly any water coming out of the taps in bathroom basin and shower so we were unable to shower etc. Black mould in the bathroom, a lot in the shower. Leaking roof (it rained during the night) that almost resulted in an injury when walking to the toilet during the night. Visible mould and water leak marks on the ceilings and walls. Great potential, but needs maintenance.
