It was clean.

The location - wasn't that great. In the middle of an estate and we felt uneasy in area. The state and finishing in the property - images on booking.com site did not reflect the reality. Cabinet doors were hanging off, holes in the floor tiles, wires hanging from the back of the television (as seen on attached images). Inadequate kitchen facilities - considering this was a 5 bedroom property which sleeps over 10 people, there wasn't enough cutlery and plates. Also a big disappointment was the very small fridge, I would class it as a mini fridge, definitely not big enough for the amount of people staying. Deposit process - we were asked for, a very high amount in my opinion, a deposit of £380, which was also requested as a bank transfer. We found this very unusual, as through our past booking.com stays, usually a hold is put on the card until satisfactory return of the property. This was all topped off with the experience we had trying to get the deposit returned. It took around 3 weeks, and a number of messages back and forth before we received it. All in all, this stay and experience wasn't what we expected and will not be staying here, or any Luxe Inn properties, again.

Really nice inside Was a bit worried about the deposit with it being a large amount but it was refunded in full the day i checked out room sizes were very very good

Not a massive amount front room was tiny for that many people there were silver fish in the downstairs bathroom and had windows in the bathroom door so you could see other people using it- so we didn’t use it! We then lost our deposit as a cabinet that was already broken was deducted! Disgusting replies from the person we booked with and would never ever use this place again!

The rubbish everywhere out side rats running around, seagulls going mental at stupid clock, silver fish bugs in the bathroom, barely any trays to cook with, front room ridiculously tiny, smoke alarms hanging off the walls, a broken cabinet that was already broken but we have lost the deposit over despite it being broken when we arrived! A truely awful place to stay!

Ease of accessing property, comfortable beds and fresh clean smelling bed linen, good value, good location (for a short walk into town), clean bathroom.

Area where it is located looks frightful, strict rules about amount of bin bags allowed in the bin (although I understand the reason for this), check in was at 4pm but cleaners were still in the property at 5:30pm so we had to wait in a room for them to finish, deep cleaning wasn’t evident, could make a full three course meal with the food behind the sofa, also not enough seats in the living room, space was very small.

The location was very convenient, there was plenty of space in the house and it had what we needed.

The downstairs bathroom was a little smelly, but clean and functional so perhaps an ongoing drainage problem.
